Inspired by the movie Barton Fink I created a series of 3 posters in which my image is manipulated using digital collage work.

The palm motif is very noticeable early in the movie when the protagonist arrives in LA and sees palm trees in the street, then potted palms in the hotel lobby, then the iconic palm tree wallpaper in the hall, and a simplified version in the hotel room.

The posters are designed as a triptych, the first one features images of palm trees, the second features drawings of palm trees while the third uses simplistic shapes and graphics inspired by palm trees.
